Keeping My Scalp Healthy

I used to focus only on my hair strands and completely ignore my scalp, but I’ve learned that a healthy scalp is the foundation for healthy hair growth.

Now I make it a point to keep my scalp clean and moisturized. I massage it with lightweight oils a few times a week, which also helps with circulation.

I also clarify my scalp when I notice buildup from products. This helps reset everything and keeps my hair from feeling weighed down.

Since paying more attention to my scalp, I’ve noticed better growth and overall healthier hair. It’s something I wish I had focused on sooner.
