Night Routine Game Changer

My night routine used to be nonexistent, and I didn’t realize how much damage that was causing. I would go to sleep without protecting my hair, and I’d wake up to dryness, tangles, and frizz every morning.

Switching to a satin bonnet and pillowcase made a huge difference right away. My hair stays much softer overnight, and I don’t lose as much moisture while I sleep. It’s such a simple change, but it really improved the overall health of my hair.

I also started loosely twisting or braiding my hair before bed. This helps prevent tangling and makes my hair easier to manage in the morning. Plus, it helps keep some definition without needing to restyle completely.

Now my morning routine is so much easier. Instead of starting from scratch every day, I can just refresh and go, which saves me a lot of time and effort.
